Are All Men are Trash ????
Coming back , “All men are Trash”, what’s the first thought in your mind when you hear this phrase ?I assume some of you might feel angry, some of you might agree wholeheartedly to this opinion, and some might think this a first world problem.Whatever your opinion might be, I often wondered the cause and the accuracy of this phrase.
If you count the number of violent crimes that have been done against women in our society ,you might find a reason this holds true, but again why ‘all’.Surely there are men who have supported the other gender in their struggle. There are men who have been a concrete support for the female voice.
But this phrase ,in my opinion generates, from the overall treatment of the female population.Have you ever wondered why all the vile slang and rude comments are made about the female acts of sexual pleasure.You know these words, you yourself might have used them in your regular conversations to vent out anger at a person honking at traffic jam , or while complaining as to what a jerk your boss is.
Why does the whole idea of a family’s reputation depends upon the virginity of the girl child? Why is it so that the boys can boast about having sex on national television,while the girls have to hide this simple act of pleasure? Why is that we need to give females the identity of goddesses to give them basic respect and treatment that a Human deserves? Why is it that traditionally the load of housework is given to females in the houses? Why is it that women are barred from worship places, but in home they are the one who get up early and pray for the well being of the patriarchal family? Why is it that cooking at home is a duty for women, but cooking at a restaurant is a profession? that too women are ironically barred from doing so. WHY I ask. Introspect.
Women are often termed as ‘fickle minded’, ‘sensitive’ and ‘argumentative' in a negative way of course. Most people regard the idea of women being in power absurd, the reason, women let their mind conquer their brain, Don’t you think if a gender of our society has these allegations pasted over their characteristics hindering personal talents and individual achievements ; it’s fair they assume all men are trash. The reasoning behind the allegations of women being too emotional is backed by the fact that women’s bodies undergoes more hormonal changes than a man’s body , which affects their capability of logical thinking. Again I won’t comment but will ask you, what do you think? Introspect.
As I end this article, there is something I would like to add, all of us studied math in our middle school. During those lectures if you might remember the topic of ‘pi’ came up. Pi is an irrational number ;it’s a fraction 22/7.When we use it in calculation we use the decimal format 3.1415… rounded up to two decimal places just 3.14,because, the rest doesn’t affect the calculations much. You must have asked your teacher wouldn’t it affect in precise calculations ?
Today is the day you should ask this yourself again. The handful of men that actually consider women in par with themselves are so less in number that the argument of ‘not all men' seems comical. But to bring the world in an accurate order, in other words a precise solution, those few men have to be taken into account, unlike the decimal places in pi which are truncated off to obtain a rather practical answer.
In the end I would say again; my opinion is in the gray matter. I agree with the frustration of feminine gender, but also agree with the fact that feminist men do exist.
The only thing I ask of you is to introspect. Seeds of curiousness will grow into trees of wisdom when nurtured with thinking
Ok, 1st of all you wrote "boys can boast on national TV but girls have to hide simplest act of pleasure." No one has stopped any girl to not speak about their pleasure, girls themselves hide them, it's their choice. And in today's world no one is safe. And speaking about India, I also thought yeah India is unsafe for all and especially women due to more number of crimes, but again if we speak of crime rate, it's very very low as compared to all western countries. It's same as we all know India is 5th largest GDP but deep down we all know that it's a poor country as GDP/capita is very low. I agree with you on that fact that women are restricted to few places. A public place should be opened for all. This point I agree with you.
